ABOUT ROSA - Radiation Oncology Services of America, Inc. was founded on the premise that radiation oncologists are in the best position to oversee the delivery of radiation oncology care in this country. ROSA's physician joint venture model preserves the control of the medical practice in the hands of radiation oncologists, and complements the relationship with the resources and experience of a proven, physician-partnered management team. The combination of these two key stakeholders provides the best solution to ensuring and elevating the quality of radiation oncology care provided to the most important stakeholder - the patient.

This commitment to quality through physician leadership is accomplished in ROSA by providing our physician leaders with access to capital to deploy the latest in proven medical technologies. Additionally, ROSA has a team of professionals dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to patients, referring physicians, and treating physicians. Our collective progress toward providing quality care will be transparent. Through the implementation of a sophisticated information system, our physician leaders will identify the most effective methods for the treatment.

We believe the best way to deliver value to our physician partnerships is through a decentralized regional management team, keeping decision-makers close to the point of care. Regional management teams will provide managed care contracting, equipment purchasing power, facility leasing, personnel and benefits administration, information services, financial reporting, budgeting, and marketing. The regional management team will collaborate with our local physician partners to develop strategic and market development plans. 

OUR MODEL - ROSA is creating a national clinical enterprise focused around the delivery of outpatient radiation oncology services. ROSA's growth is through joint venture acquisition and de novo (new center) partnerships with radiation oncologists.

Consistent with its experience, ROSA's management team is attracted to this industry because it allows for joint ventures with physicians. This partnership is established by an individualized joint venture agreement developed through negotiation to assure that the goals and objectives of each partner are respected, protected, and supported mutually.
